flash icon of camera

hello. when i open video call on messenger of facebook, flash icon seems on but without light. is just me facing this thing? and how to shutdown flash becaise i think it consume battey

it shows the flash light hardware is currently in use so the torch is in disabled state..
it occurs not only in fb messenger all the time the camera is assessed... you can check by even opening your camera application...
its not the thing that consumes battery....
just locking the hardware for camera usage...
