Mr. 3hupsa Please try this solution. It actually worked for me.
setting - apps - open 3 dots on top right corner - show system apps - scroll to Samsung experience service and open - click 3 dots - uninstall updates

Just turn off the mobile data and use msg app. It will not hang. I have tested by myself and it works flawlessly.
