As soon as I unlock my phone, there is Swiggy Advertisement Pop up. How do I know which app is it which is giving me this Swiggy Pop up on unlocking. I don't have Swiggy App on my cell.

We would like to inform you that if you are getting this advertisement when you open the internet browser in your device, we recommend enabling the block pop-ups option in the Internet browser (Open the Internet browser-->More-->Setting-->Advanced-->Block pop-ups).

Due to some 3rd party application from Play Store or any other Unknown sources, issue may occur. So kindly run the device in safe mode & if problem does not exist in Safe mode so uninstall the 3rd party application which may cause the issue (Uninstall it one by one). Because some third party applications also contain advertisement.

If still issue persists, we request you kindly take backup of whole important data which is save in your phone internal memory then perform “Reset”.

We recommend you to take back up of your important data saved in device in your PC. For this, kindly install Smart Switch PC Suite in your PC from the below link:

Open software >back up>back up all> select data according to you.

Note: Don’t connect your mobile phone with PC at the time of software installation.

Reset setting: - Settings> General management > reset >Factory Data Reset.

In case, the issue still exists in your device, we request you to share device log files using error report option via Samsung member application i.e. Samsung member app> feedback>question /error > attach log file.

Note: For better assistance, please send device log files within 15 minutes of issue occurrence along with the exact issue details.
