dex connect

When I use usb cable to connect my note 9 to computer, the dex software, it's not connecting. I tried installing and reinstalling the dex software. I tried reinstalling the drivers from the downloads and from the program files, yet it's not connecting.

Please help

Are You Using Beta 2.0 ?
Then You Have To Install This To The Windows Pc

it Will Only Work After One Ui 2 Android 10

You will have to wait for Android 10 update , till then you can only use dex over HDMI.

In order to resolve the issue we suggest you to use dex over HDMI.

>Plug your HDMI cable into your monitor or TV.

>Plug the HDMI cable into the hub or adapter, if necessary.

>Plug the USB-C type of the cable, hub or adapter into your Galaxy Note 9.
