Hello guys, 

My brother bought note 10 plus today that is ok 24th of December. Shop person told that there is an offer that we can claim galaxy watch active for 5000 after hours.

My brother logged in created samsung account. When he go to samsung shop and there is an option called check to see if I am eligible. When he clicks on it, he gets a message stating unable to get IMEI. I have gave all the permissions. Does anyone have any idea. What needs to be done. Already contacted customer care but of no use. They are referring to a department to a department. 

Let me know if anyone has any idea.

I faced the same issue you need to call the number mentioned in Samsung shop app under the link where you click and get the message. they will log a ticket and help you

hi, in how many days the issue was resolved. I spoke to customer care they said. it is because of android 10 update. they logged a ticket and mentioned that it would be resolved in 7 to 10 days

I am still waiting, they told me the same think. I have an e-mail which says the same. 7-10 business days.

ya, I mailed to this email I'd with invoice copy nd IMEI number. got an reply that issue will be resolved In 7 to 10 days.

Even I received the same reply, we are working on it and will get back with resolution in 7 to 10 days.

Thanks for reverting, hopefully the issue gets resolved soon and the offer is still redeemable in January.
