I bought Note 10+ few days before. Used it with my sim. Unable to avail the offer of Galaxy Active watch with Note 10+.

After downloading Samsung Shop App. In FOR YOU section, When I press " See if I'm eligible ".. It shows "Unable to get IMEI"

i chat with customer care...that app is still not updated....offer is only for December buyer....if u buy in dec...then call the customer care for redeem code.

contact to customer care they will give you solution for that and i also checked myself same problem show unable to get IMEI. Maybe its because of android 10 in android 9 its easily to detect IMEI. I think you should wait for first update in android 10 there is a chance to fixed this issue.

They asked me for the necessary details and told that the problem will be resolved in 7 to 8 days and they will call you or send a mail

Update: I downgraded to android 9 and redeemed the offer.
