I bought this phone in Kuwait. when I started the phone it started lagging and then when I plug in, it started hanging, I went to the store where i bought it from i said them that this phone is already damaged and I want to replace it with a new one, they refused and said to give money to repair this phone.....plz I need your help contact me as soon as you can. here is my Gmail id : omargameel3316@gmail.com

you should have bought it from the authorized centre in Kuwait, then you will be eligible for all the claims..As far as I know, Samsung did not issue any international warranty so you should check the service center there and get it checked...

if you bought in kuwait, and wanted to avail warranty in India, so boss this is not possible
you have to pay charge
