Received this when raised the auto restart issue even when auto restart is turned off...Let's see in how many years or centuries we will receive resolution...

mine is not hanging and working fine...but auto restart at night..and yes heating is there a bit...and Colors are not good..so using Standard mode with WQHD+

samsung is the most unprofessional brand when it comes to customers they dont care about customers look at 1000s of note8/9 users facing the screen issue no official statemnet its time to move on from samsung
