Still waiting for my buds since June 2020. I agree that Samsung service is pathetic. I have made several calls and sent numerous emails but no response. I think we should inform the media and tell them how Samsung is scamming their customers.
agreed also collectively complain info@cgso.org.za maybe this ombudsman can assist email them big companies should not false advertise nor ignore us irregardless of whatever issues they need to rectify their behavior and methods
