Galaxy NoteI took delivery of my S20 Galaxy note Ultra yesterday, when I try to claim the free UV Sanitizer unit I put in my details and regardless of which email address I use it keeps going back to this field and the message says email address is invalid??? How is that even possible when its the same address I get messages on from Samsung?? Is this a scam??

Galaxy NotePlease try the following troubleshooting steps in order to process the claim
1. Please check that your Samsung Account on the device is correct.
2. Uninstall the Samsung Members app, then re-install it again
3. Sign in with your Samsung Account on the Samsung Members app.
4. Check for the banner under "Benefits"
