Samsung Galaxy Note 9 problem with charging 
Pls help me out fixed this issue on my device. While connected to charged and charging icons appears on my device but won't charge up my phone battery wer as it's get charged using wireless charging what would be the issues pls help me guys n suggestions pls

this is just a suggestion, pls try to change the charger and see, hope u hv spare charger,

check if the connector pins are damaged in the cable. or change the cable. most of the times it's the cable that causes problem after some time of use depending on the amount of usage.

yeah, it won't even take an hr to replace the port. Also being in warranty he won't have to pay.

1) We recommend you to charge your handset with original wall charger that came with your handset sales pack.
2) Check whether UPS (Ultra Power Saving) mode or PS(Power saving) mode is activated (if yes Deactivate it during charging).
3) Kindly clean the charging point of your charger and battery with a dry and soft cotton cloth to remove unwanted accumulated dust/waste material.
4) Kindly follow the standard charging procedure (Charge your device for 150 minutes on switch off mode).
If issue still persists, KIndly provide logs/video within 15 minutes of issue occurrence by registering this feedback via Samsung member application i.e. Samsung member BETA app> BETA feedback>Sendfeedback>Error report>Collect log files>attach.
