charging ads

when my note 8 is charging I see ads on it how do I remove these ads any idea any one and how did they come there please advice how to remove them permanently

uninstall apps like ucweb opera mini or something like that

if you uninstall you face again some problem so please do it factory reset and then your phone will be working fine
