I just got battery replaced for my Samsung Galaxy Note 8 in a authorized service center but still when I check its status in the members app it is showing as WEEK and randomly displays this message

I would suggest you to go to the centre again and show them this message.
If you waste your time and visit service centre again ,there is a chance that they will deny your complaint.
So don't think much and go to the service center.,and ask them why this message is popping up even after replacing the battery.
