battery draining continously Note 20 uktra

I have changed battery 2 times in 2 months

mine is a snapdragon model

I've already handicapped the phone enough

like I've turned off bluetooth , location and 120 hz

I also use dark mode 

but I'm still getting 3 hours of battery life

help me
