android pie update issue note 9

After updating android pie version there is no video stabilisation enable option its permanently disabled and cant enable it 

And in camera pro mode there is no option for scenes like vivid, soft, dark etc... 

Third issue is wifi problem.. wifi shows internet may be not available..
