Indian Version Variant only! I don't know do you get or if you have October 1st security patch it should fix the problem because I am using M30 sum are using M31, M30 and A series phone and the update is much better there is battery drain but it has reduced and no heating if you are having heating issues as well also there might be some new features! Or it might Ulta for you! Ulta means bad things will happen in this Update!

Why is everyone so obsessed about "updates"? Do you need to put up a winning flag somewhere like kids, "Yay, I got an update!" 😅

You will get it when they make it as 'bug-free' as possible, just wait.
I hope everyone knows that certain agreements, IT department rules & regulations, carrier-backed network updates, etc. in a country make it difficult to push updates faster, maybe especially for premium devices that have 5G band. I think there must be some last-minute bug / security patch to fix.

Update rollout happens on a 'region-by-region' basis and is different for each device. No point in comparing.

You don't want a phone that has all the "updates" but not able to make phone calls! 😁

Using Note 20 Ultra. Previously used Note 2, Note 4, Note 8.
Yes, updates used to be very slow for these older phones but it's been a bit faster since last 6 months (for newer phones).

For 2021 Oct. update, I think some last-minute code fix is being applied, otherwise we would have got it by now. People would not like an 'unfinished', buggy update so better wait 🤷🏻
