Why galaxy note 10lite is not getting android 12

Dear samsung,

While i am using samsung galaxy note 10lite i get major androide update only one time which convert my andoride 10 to androide 11.But when i bought the phone the seller told me that you will get 2 year update at least which is androide 12.But i have seen the list of models which will get the update. But my phone isn't in the list.Even m11 and A11 type cheap phone are getting this update..

Why this is happening?
