Hi Guy's!! I have recently bought Samsung note 20 ultra, after using for a month, have noticed, there is calling issue in whatsapp/facebook messenger and Google duo. While calling using these messengers other party is unable to hear my voice. It's something frustrating every time when someone calls. At the same time normal calls are going fine.
Kindly be informed these are 3rd party applications which is not from Samsung. As we are trained to handle Samsung software and hardware related troubleshooting, we advise you to contact to the respective application software support.
You can reach to the app developer through email channel go to:- Play store > select more option > select installed app > click on read more.
Hi NischayKoushal , has this issue been fixed ? as i am also having this issue since day one of buying Note20 . whenever the screen locks while on the whatsapp call , the other party cant listen me as well as whenever i minimise app.
yes it's fixed now for whatsapp calls, visit samsung service center, there were some faulty phones dispatched. they changed some spare part and it started working. But Google pay is not working in device and Camera button gets lost sometimes
