I have a Note10+ and have the AKG ANC Wired IC500 earphones, everything was working fine till today.
When I'm using these specific earphones on the device, I keep getting glitches/cracking in the sound with the phone, when I use the earphones with another phone or my mac they work fine. When I use another pair of USB C earphones (AKG stock with the phone) they work fine and my USB-C connected speaker works fine as well.
Both these earphones and the note10+ were working fine till yesterday, nothing(like drop/moisture) happened to the earphones or the phone either. So random. Any tips?
I think your earphones has lost compatibility with your phone for some vague reason. Better use your other earphones. Or maybe the next update may clear the glitch.
Please perform the below mentioned steps to resolve the issue:
Open samsung member app > Get Help > Interactive check > Choose the phone hardware you want to check and optimize performance(eg. ports).
For further assistance, register your concern in Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Get help > Send Feedback > Error report/Ask questions).
