Why the hell does the Voice Recorder needs permission of Nearby devices and Phone to do a normal voice recording. It doesn't even start if you don't give these permissions!

This is just outright breach on customers' control of their devices.

No, bro I wasn't using any Bluetooth devices. I just wanted to record something directly from phone, but it won't open until I provide all the permissions.

No, even we turned off Bluetooth and no device connected, still it asking permission in order to use the app.

But why...is it not unfair?? They give user control of different permissions and then don't allow us to use the app without some unnecessary permissions.

It works with only microphone and storage permission !
Once uninstall updates and update it again !!

You must be in One UI 3.1. This is an One UI 4 issue.

Bro this issue is happening only with One UI 4. Earlier it was working fine.
