Voice recording missing in S23 Ultra

Hi I bought S23 ULTRA international version from Dubai a month back. I was checking for in built call recording option and notice it is missing. What should I do to get it on my phone?

It's disabled because it's not legal in Dubai. You need to flash Indian firmware to enable call recording
