Using without screen protector

Nope it's better to use tempered glass rather than screen protector as it gives protection against drop and scratches. Since you have spent a lot on your note 10 plus don't take chances of using it without good tempered glass.

This totally depends on you. There are certain people who absolutely love the look and feel of a naked screen. The downside of not using a screen protector is that the screen can get "micro scratches'. These micro scratches can happen when your phone is in your denim jeans pocket or if it rubs against any surface. If you want to own the phone for a long time and want to trade it in eventually, it's always better to use a screen protector.
