I bought a Samsung Galaxy Note20 Ultra a few months back specifically to have use of the S Pen. I had a Note 8 years ago and loved the function of it. Unfortunately this one does not work as well as my note 8 did. I have to press pretty firmly to get the screen to register it. With my Note 8 I only had to touch the screen as lightly as you would with your finger.
Is there a way I can change the sensitivity? I have tried taking the screen protector off but that makes no difference.
I am having the same issue with my Note 20 Ultra and reported it several times but unfortunately they are not listening to us and saying there is nothing wrong. They are not acknowledging the issue. Now, they are ending the software support from this year's start. My phone is on march patch and now its june and this mobile is monthly security patches eligible. They are just Humiliating and Exploiting us, nothing else.
They don't care for Indian customers as their are many factors which makes them only option for many. Non Chinese products is the first thing which samsung took for granted and on name of that they are Exploiting us.
