upgrading from note 9 to 10 isn't a big deal because Samsung hasn't upgraded any big changes. you'll get same camera that already note 9 has and and a same battery or maybe small than previous generation and however charging algorithms have been upgraded as much as 25 watt and 45 watt that's a big thing but in my opinion isn't a big upgrade form last years flagship device.
