Nope it's devices released from 2019 that's S10 and note 10 series will get 3 android updates.

2018 policy note 9
according to that policy only 2 are available

In simple answer.... Google + Samsung new agreement policy decided that the device will get 3 major os updates which started from s10 line-up.....so according to old agreement previous devices (s8,s9,note9 )will get 2 major os updates
