Android 11 is available from Note 10 series and S10 series.

3 years of Major updates for flagships starts from Galaxy S10 and Note10 lineup.
So it's just your badluck that you are using Note9

Keep using your android 10 with UI2.5. This is last for note 9. If you want new update buy new phone. Good luck

Very worst experience from samsung. Samaung always fool us. I am a Note 9 user. If samsung did not give me Android 11 within one month i sell this phon and buy a new one plus phone.
