Galaxy NoteHello Guys, the issue started when my phone upgraded to android 11 but i am not sure if it has something to do with that update. I play with my friends before with stable ping even if my signal bar is not full.. Now even if i have full signal the ping is still unstable but my friends' ping are good and we are using the same network provider.
Even if i use wifi or data the issue is the same.. I hope someone can help me.

I feel so sad and feeling regret in buying this phone.. unfortunately this is the only phone i have for now..
