Unable to disable RAM PLUS

Samsung introduced a Ram plus feature which I cannot disable. I am on the latest one ui supported by Samsung Note 10 Plus. My phone hast started to hang due to no reason. I would like to disable this feature.

Samsung introduced disable toggle in One UI 5. If you're on One UI 5 you can head over to Settings>Battery and Device Care>Memory. If you're on One UI 4 you're out of luck. There's a way to disable it but it is not the official way and do it on your own risk. As per your concern, we would request you to kindly perform the following steps to resolve your issue.

1. Open Settings on your Samsung Galaxy phone.
2. Scroll down and tap Device Care.
3. Tap on Memory and choose RAM Plus.
4. Turn off the switch to disable the RAM Plus feature.
5. Choose Restart when prompted.

In case the issue still occurs, kindly report the problems with a log file. To share a log file, click on the Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on error report > Type your query > Send).
