Single Take mode disabled on Note 20 Ultra

Hi Members, 

The single take mode on my Note 20 Ultra is showing as disabled and am unable to shoot any videos with it. Can someone help me in resolving this issue. I tried resetting cache and memory but no luck. Thanks!

mine is working perfectly...Try hard reset with volume down+power button and then from the option try removing catche files...
