Galaxy Note
I am a Galaxy Note10 Lite user. I installed the recent One UI 3.1 march 2021 update. All was well till I opened the Amazon Prime Video App. The App had stuttered streaming for all videos while Switching on HA however pays videos only in SD and not HD which is very disappointing.It used play in 1080p before the update. But after the update it messed up.

Error coming while playing at max settings with Hardware acceleration on.
Did anybody else face this issue? Any help on this issue will be greatly appreciated.

De-register your account, clear data of the app, restart and try again. I found this working for a lot of other users on Amazon forum.

tried but still not working. When hardware acceleration is on videos won't even play. While turning it off max quality is just 480p only. Before the update I don't have any issues. but after update it messed up

Turn off h/w acceleration and then perform the steps, better if you can reinstall the app.

I have contacted the customer care and they asked me to put up a post in the community. Everyone facing the problem, please call the customer care and force them, otherwise it wont be solved in the near future
