If they price their flagship so ridiculously this is what's gonna happen. The S10 pricing was good but the S21 pricing is so bad if you compare the base model of S21 and iPhone 12 (not mini), the iPhone is a much better option. They couldn't provide a glass back seriously? and they took away expandable storage and 2K screen too. Like how high were they when they designed it. It's a total disaster! Given a choice between S21 and iPhone 12, I would go for the iPhone 12.
If Samsung continues making such disastrous decisions I am done with Samsung and Note 9 will be the last Samsung phone I use.
Often people get used to the OS they are using for years. For business people, they don't like to invest in learning how to operate another OS. For them getting the work done is more important than wasting time in learning something new. In US too, Apple users, in general, fear to shift to Android just because almost everything changes. And time is money.
