i don't think so
neither app nor theme
some apps may be exist but those apps need root

and one more thing i tried some normal app by name status bar colour change etc they only changed status bar background colours and every now and then it was not worked properly

there are options to change the icons style...but sadly no options to change the indicator icons colour change :(

No so far you cannot unless you find some 3rd party app. Mark as solution if you find my answer justified. cheers
