Swipe down for notification panel not working

Hi, the swipe down action for bringing Notification panel is no longer working after I change a theme. It always require a restart for it to work again. Can someone please help? I use Note 10 Plus. (Phone software and all apps are updated to latest available version).

Bro ,if you are using GoodLock app/task changer, then turn it off..

Also, task changer latest update is available, update it..

Turned off task changer and back on again, and it got fixed. Thanks!
