I have a strange one that has just started happening with my Samsung note 10+ 5g. For some reason, when ever I plug my head phones in, the phone automatically on loop constantly plays the moon discovery ring tone through the speakers. I have to turn my phone off to stop this playing, nothing pops up in settings. The strange thing is, I don't use this ringtone for anything. Why does this ringtone play 100% volume when I plug in my supplied head phones? Plugging in a charging cable is fine. But as said, plug in headphones and the moon discovery ringtone, unplug the head phones and it plays the satellite ring tone. I have to turn the phone off to stop them playing. If I reset the phone with headphones in, it works normal, but the moment I unplug the headphones, on pops the satellite ring tone 100% blasting. What's happening here 😄
This is something I have never heard of, so I would suggest you to visit an authorized service center in order to diagnose this issue. Let me know how it goes :)
