I have samsung note 10+ 

Why can't update to android 13 

Samsung's 3-year update policy means killing many products and switching to another.

Give me a good reason for not update note 10+

Samsung is currently providing 4 years of software update and 5 years of security updates on premium devices. Please be aware that Samsung has delivered on it promise of 3 years of updates.

The Note10+ got 3 years of updates. Android 10, Android 11, Android 12. And because it is from 2019, Android 12 is the last Android version that it supports
