Software upgrade

Samsung should seriously bring their premium series  S9 and Note 9  smartphones under their new 3 year software upgrade policy. 

With only 2 upgrades,we feel cheated despite paying higher amount.

If they do that, then S8 and Note8 users will protest, right? They have started providing 3 years of updates for 2019 and later flagship devices.

yes they can protest too. I own s9 and note 9 so I can give my feedback.
At last it depends on Samsung to make their decision.

They cannot, because you had already agreed to the license agreement when you had set up your device, so you don't have the right. Don't take this otherwise.

It is my feedback like all other Samsung Lovers.
Its simply a similar request to samsung like all alike Samsung Lovers including me.
Agreed that we have to follow licence agreement,but it shows clearly that it may change time to time at the sole discretion of the Company. Hence we are waiting for something positive to happen. Otherwise we can't do anything. We will continue to love and buy Samsung overuling the terms and conditions,whatsoever,there may be at the time of every new purchases.
