Slow Charging

Hi members. Ever since I upgraded to Android 11 One UI 3.0 on my Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra 5G, it's has been always charging slow! Both fast charging and super fast charging are on but it charges slow! What can be the cause?

These UI updates just throws one off with these too many changes. You may need to try Samsung Members Phone Care, to optimize your phone capability just follow prompts. NB I'm no technical geek I just leave the gadget to just charge uninterrupted.

hi try another charger. sometimes the charger could be faulty

Hi  Shyrides 

Please ensure that you are using the Original Samsung Charger that came with the device. You can also try the following steps: 

Please go to Settings>>Apps>> Tap on the 3 dots on the top right corner>>Show System Apps>> Software Update>> Storage>> Clear Cache.

 Then please perform a soft reset of your device.

Press and hold the power and volume down buttons for about 10 seconds.

*The device may take a screenshot, however keep holding the buttons for a few more seconds.

I am also stuck here, having problems only when using the super charger keyboard is unresponsive and not usable. Works fine with my fast charger from the Note 8. Any suggestions welcome

Did you find the solution cause I just updated mine and all of a sudden my charger that used to give me full charge in 1 hr 15 mins is now telling me full charge in 3 hr 45 mins.
