Security Updates in Note 20 ultra

It has been noted that after announce by Samsung that they will not launch Note 21 series in 2021,

I m seeing that Samsung developer team not giving priority to Note 20 series for updates.

March 21 security update release on Note 20 series on 22nd March while other device including a51,a71 was get earlier too.

Same happened in April security update which is released on 24th April, 

And Now may security patch is also not released in India,While it was released in Usa/Korea.

I m not understanding why samsung doing partiality with Note 20 series in India, Why it is not follow phone released month.

There are different developers for different series, and that's obvious, otherwise developers would have to overwork which Samsung doesn't want.

I m not hunger for Updates,
I m asking why samsung doing partiality for Note series
As lower mid budget devices got update(I have not problem that why they got updates)earlier and flagship devices not getting it , then this question arise.
