Hi, Greetings to all this is Divyansh and I have been using the Samsung Galaxy Note 10 lite since 7 days now and one thing that is bothering me is the s/w updates. Its on feb. Security patch and its already the end of april. How oftenly is it expected to get updates(Security)?
Every month you are supposed to get security updates. However, if your phone is 7 days old it's in warranty. you need to approach Samsung Service center which is closed due to lockdown I presume.
2nd option is download smartswitch app on your phone and your PC and connect phone with supplied usb cable to PC and try to update. I think April security update is released for note 10 lite.
I have note 10 lite and I bought it the very 1sy day it was launched, and I am also on February Security patch, I check every day but it is not yet received.
I'm using note 10 lite, but security patch is still February at least prioritize the latest released phones updates and I have noticed from several years Samsung security patch updates is very late and we are not aware of the software updates details and in india always software updates releases very late.
