Hi Samsung Community,

I need a help with the screen recording in my Note 9. 

How to enable the sound in the screen recording while doing a Video Call? 

The option is not available during the call.

Also, what is the Maximum Video Quality if anyone knows.

For call video recorder not support

For security reason android block this option. u can record only video without voice with third party application

Hi, 

Please note that call recording is not available in this region.

Also,Samsung Screen recording with the Voice is not supported during the Video calls.

And currently, the maximum video quality available is 1080p.
