I bought my note 7 from carfour. Today I visited Samsung shop and they refused to return my note 7 back they said just vist carfour. I went to carfour shop and they told me that they need full accessories and the original box which I don't have. And they offer me full refund full amount to my credit card or change it with S 7 edge without any voucher. The problem is I don't have the original box and they refused to refund without full accessories and original box.. By the way stuff in Samsung shop marina Mall is very rude with customers
