Samsung notes update

Few days ago, I got an update for Samsung notes ( version 4.0.03.28 ) for my Note 10 lite and it was working fine until I did a reset of my phone. Now after reset, I am stuck with version 3.3.10.2 and there's no way I am able to update the app anymore. 

Anyone else who are not able to update it anymore after factory reset?

do one thing uninstall and install it again

By uninstall, did you mean to uninstall all the updates to the android system app? If yes, I have done that and updated it again from play store but still the updated version is 3.3.10.2.

I also checked Galaxy store and it says no updates found.

no, uninstall note app and install from Galaxy store
if same issue then wait you will get update soon

I cannot find the option to uninstall it. Can you kindly guide me with the process?

I can only find a disable option but that too is greyed out.

long press on note icon and check what option will be given

hmm means no option

go to settings >general applications manager>search that app

tap and hold the menu and you will see the uninstall option.
