I have  samsung note 20 ultra global version 

But android 12 update is not available 

Whare is my update ?

"Global version" is misleading in this context. Your phone will have a CSC code which specifies what region your phone belongs to. You will get your update once Samsung releases a new software for your phone model and CSC code.

Best way to see CSC is from SOFTWARE INFORMATION - SERVICE PROVIDER SOFTWARE VERSION. Yours seems to be a Taiwan or Hong Kong phone. You will get your update with them.

my phone is note 20 ultra ( Hong Kong version ) region / country is UAE , still I didn't get the update
