Samsung galaxy note 7 battery problem

Samsung galaxy note 7 takes around 90 minutes to charge fully and the battery lasts for only 3 hours and the back of the phone gets heated...any solutions??

reset your phone and dont use apps installed manually other than the play store apps avoid using launchers

from where u got note7. is that note 7 FE or recalled one.
