Samsung cloud issue

I am facing issue with Samsung cloud ...any solution ?

have you checked network settings? whether it set to sync on mobile network or wifi?

It's on Wi-Fi

strange thing is ...data till Dec 2018 is getting sync but not the latest one... if I check data in cloud it's there....

try switching to wifi ..see if the error arises again...Hopefully it will work

I even deleted the cloud account from phone and reconfigured again but same issue
