Hi Community,

Wanna share my experience of today.

I went to Samsung service center today to get my NOTE8 display and loud speaker changed as they both had functioning defects , which are covered under warranty. Display had a little blotch and loud speaker was producing distorted sounds everytime. FYI, Samsung service centers have separate counters for premium customers i.e. Note Series and S Series , so didn't had to wait in a queue. These service center staff were very polite and Didn't do any " BEHES " , ki sir change nhi hogi, ye manufacturing fault nhi hai etc. etc. He just took the phone , changed the display and speaker in 1 hour, did the water resistant ip68 test and gave my note8 back to me. The phone is almost new as display is the main interaction point for us ( users ). I am just still not sure about water resistant ip68 degree, so probably never put phone in a pool or under tap again ever. But MY SERVICE CENTER EXPERIENCE WAS AWESOME. GREAT AND QUICK AND JUST WHAT SHOULD BE FOR A PREMIUM CUSTOMER. Thanks Samsung for making it a hassle free experience.

Lucky you. Some few folks are the service centre are a bit annoying though. I was asking if i play PUBG for my battery drop issue 😂

Then i was told to update my phone at a service centre and if done at home the software might get corrupt 😂

All is good now, issues fixed.

me too got excellent service from Samsung. I had a touch sensitivity issue. that is very minor can't feel every time. but they replaced my display without any questions. good thing is while changing display they will replace metal frame as well as battery coz they will come as a package. so after the screen replacing I feel like I got a new device :)
