Dear samsung
After installing the latest software update a week ago my note 9 screen is turned yellow. As understood from different forums this is a sofware update issue started since march 2020. Pls help to get the issue resolved as service centres are simply advsing to go for screen replacement with huge cost as warrenty period is already over.

Disable eye comfort shield see if that helps, then use three dots to accept solutionScreenshot_20210706-222340_Settings_4951.jpg

Yes, but in my case i need to keep brightness very low or very high. Mid range brightness is causing the problem IMG-20210704-WA0001_12464.jpg

The display needs to be replaced. Try talking to Samsung executives.

Try the Samsung helpline number and ask their help... The are bound to.

Checked, they confirmed they don't have dedicated service centers. There are authorized centers but they are as good as local mobile repair shops

Same problem with my phone s10. It was working before the july 1 update. Then it automatically reverted to june 1 update, but issue not fixed. Appears samsung deliberately caused this issue.

You can downgrade your version there are alot of videos on you tube try maybe this will help. Before update try to search problems related with the update before upgrading your device wait for a week the watch some YouTube vides regarding the update.
