I am facing issue with the dual messanger that the whats is not acceptithe fe format while sending mp3 or photos

When I am using dual app messenger for whats app, and trying to send a photo directly clinking from the camera option in the app.

I am getting a message that the file format is not supported.

Anyone facing the same issue??
