Samsung Note 9 Green Screen Issue

when i do the march update my display screen like green. and i changed the brightness level high its not coming why its happen like that

I had done this plenty time, no works at all!!! If I go to services center, this cause me money!!! I did not do any wrong just update only, then this need cost me money!!! I am not say not afford on that, but just feel unfair and silly, I need pay something for someone else FALSE??!!!!! who can tell me is that GOOD SERVICES that SAMSUNG OFFER?????

PLEASE FIX IT FAST, OR ELSE NO MORE SAMSUNG IN FUTURE!!!
