Samsung Note 9 purchased 16 months ago. Suddenly today afternoon the colour of the screen turned pale yellow and there were some horizontal stripes on the screen. I've tried resetting the phone and 1 hr it worked fine and the same problem is back again. My phone was updated 5 days ago to August 1 patch. There is no physical damage to the phone. Anybody here can help me out.
The Display cost sounds around 18k. But there is no point of changing the display as I guess it is a software glitch. It sounds annoying that this premium range smartphone didn't even work for 2 years.
